Event Planners in London
From our office in Chelsea, we have planned corporate events, marquees, parties and weddings since 2001. We know London's venues inside out, from their access restrictions to their individual house rules, which is a big part of why our experienced team runs such successful events across the capital.
What does an event planner do?
We look after everything: finding and securing the venue, designing the event, booking the catering, entertainment and production, managing the budget, and running the day itself so you can enjoy it.
How much does an event planner cost?
Every event is different, so we quote for exactly what you want. We charge a 12.5% management fee on an itemised quote, with no hidden extras, and design and consultancy are free.
How far ahead should we book?
Most of our clients book six to eight months ahead for annual events, which gives guests plenty of notice and time to secure the right bands, musicians and entertainers. For large-scale events, especially where a licence is needed, we recommend 12 months or more.
Do you only work in London?
No. Most of our events are in London, but we also plan events at country house hotels and estates such as The Langley, The Grove and the Four Seasons Hampshire, and our marquees go anywhere in the UK. We work abroad too.
Can we visit a venue with you?
Yes. We offer a free site visit at your venue, marquee site, home or office.
